How we handle fragile products
Zippy Fulfillment Center will only store, pack and ship jewelry, makeup and/or fragile items if they come pre-packed in a sealed barcoded protective box.
Client must be pre-approved to have Zippy Fulfillment Center fill any fragile products.
Items that arrive to the warehouse “loose” or not in a sealed container will be returned to manufacturer or merchant at the expense of the client.
If Zippy Fulfillment Center and Client agree to provide additional services around protective packaging it will be at the expense of the client.
Zippy Fulfillment Center does not assume any liability for fragile items that become broken in receiving, storing, processing and shipping items.
